ACCREDITED COURSES

Panache is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in its own right. However, through its strategic partnership with Frontline Management Institute (FMI) we can offer our clients access to the following qualifications and focussed programmes:

  • Certificate IV and Diploma Frontline Management*
  • Diploma of Management*
  • Key Management Skill Set
  • Certified Practicing Manager

*These units can be provided with or without access to coaching as part of the service delivery

ON-SITE TRAINING

All training (accredited and non accredited) can be delivered either as a public workshop or "in house" (which means the content and context is tailored to a particular organisation or client situation). At Panache we have developed a significant base of training material that can be used "as is" or tailored as required.

OTHER COURSES

Accredited training is training that is typically subject or topic based but does not lead to any recognised qualification.

Many of our clients want dedicated training on particular topics. Non accredited training offers the flexibility of "purpose" built training on a required topic.

Training Needs Analysis & Consulting

Some clients simply want a course "off the shelf". Others want tailoring as mentioned elsewhere. Panache has a great track record of meeting with clients, developing a Needs Analysis and building the outcomes into a structured plan with the clients, often involving the roll out of an accredited programme or a series of topics that suit the client needs. The Needs Analysis involves a review of current skills of key participants, the skills required for their roles, so that the training programme developed fills the skill gap identified

Content Development & Instructional Design

Instructional Design is defined as the process of creating learning or instructional experiences which make the gaining of knowledge, especially by adult learners, efficient, effective and enjoyable. It involves the Training Needs Analysis process mentioned elsewhere and leads to training experiences that are geared to the content needs and the learning styles of the participants. Panache has a strong track record of building meaningful and enjoyable programmes for individuals and organisations. Try us and see


Assessment Services

Most training workshops present the participant with a Certificate of Attendance, but sometimes you want more!

Sometimes you want to know that the learning has "gelled" for you or for others in the organisation. Accredited courses under competency and academic frameworks all have an assessment component. Panache has been developing assessment materials for its clients in the academic and competency arenas since its inception. We are also continuously involved in receiving, "marking" and moderating assessments/assignments completed by participants.

Assessment no longer takes the form of the dreaded classroom exam. It can take many forms including, written, oral, role-playing, practical demonstration etc., as the situation requires. If required, Panache can also develop appropriate forms of assessment for non accredited courses.
